Spoke to Mr. Barton last night: Spoke to Mr. Barton yesterday evening on a whim. Just wanted to see if the phone number was working. Surprisingly he answered and asked who it was I said I was an investor in a group and was thinking of selling for a tax loss and he said I wouldn't be selling just yet. I asked if there was a merger coming soon like January he said something like that. He couldn't be specific but was hinting without divulging any sanctioned information.
