It would be great if we could remember to keep things impersonal and unemotional with them. They do provide valuable input and viewpoints here. It's when things get personal and "attack-like" that they go down that road full force(some more than others, of course), and the thread suffers for it. I try very hard to minimize or avoid entirely the personal/attack component of my posts to them, and they've generally been very good about it. Don't write them off without trying that. Don't be drawn into it.
