bb you are right. ERHE will not lose its rights because they have always been guaranteed by treaty. The only thing they will lose is the partnership/operatorship. They will still maintain the 25% no matter who gets operatorship. and whos to say they will lose the operatorship if they find a suitable partner? Remember the consortium won the bid not Nobel by itself. If a new partner is secured that can show the ability and willingness to pay then the consortium is still intact. Just the names have changed.
