I don't know, and we may not know until next filing. I am a little shaky on all the legalities as far as disclosure. I just know it is common for principles to be given such options to purchase in the future for a pre-set and extremely low price. Often there is a stipulation of a waiting period before they can sell them. In any event, if the price is going to keep going up, why would guys who are already rich rush to re-sell prematurely?
