Wow boards been busy lately. I've been busy with family and some business if my own.

I hear what you're saying about the pump and dump but it may be hard for Tony to say he wasn't involved being he was the CEO during the pump and dump. I would make the assumption that Tony knew about the pump and dump only because ALL the news had to come from Earth Surfaces. I don't understand how he can claim foul when he provided the PRs?

But I will wait to see how this develops. But I think there's more to the story than what is being told on the board here IMHO.
