With all respect to you Mr. W - that is not the context here. Stock con men live on both sides of the Border. Ken Stead is a Canadian with Canadian mineral properties. He formed a U S company because he could not get a Canadian one that HE COULD TAKE PUBLIC because the properties were not good enough. He should have taken them to the TSX.V but they were not strong enough. Almost anything 'goes' on the Pink Sheets in the U S. So he went there. And those are the bottom lines here.
