the only reporting to the SEC is by Blech in his continual increase in PELE shares owned by him due to the shares issued to him by PELE for failure to pay a $1.0 million debt by SMDI, about 40 million shares per month.

PELE is NOT filing any financials with the SEC at the moment


but they are still reporting to the sec and when they are ready to open it they will, with the sec approval
