Yes !! when who ever needs to file what ever they need to file and the Judge gives the OK we will trade again and IMO I don't think it will be in the Penny's

& Given the Dream/CBS New years eve deal and strikeforce Showtime deal running out in Jan I think we will see something in the future (under 6 months) when they payoff Proelite and use the 2nd year 15 million dollar tax write off and then for the 3rd year they will still have a 15 million write off with I hope real revenues with Proelite up and running
