No? Not the first time MJNA promised to issue them, last time was 2009. And did any come out?

No.

But then again, what can you expect from a company whose first CEO is a convicted drug smuggler suspected of using MJNA as a money laundering vehicle and now its current CEO is on trial for mortgage fraud.
