Yes, most of these sub-penny stocks are scams of one sort or another. My restricted shares are setting on the back shelf, waiting. They can rot for all I care, they didn't cost me anything (yet). In the mean time, I've put a few bucks into INAR and made a few, on the last spike. Unfortunately, Black isn't allowing this to spike very often.
