When the S-1 finally got accepted at the S E C the share price of KATX promptly DROPPED. Why ? Because KATX got approval to DIVEST of a large part of their assets -- namely BVIG shares. How anyone can think that was good for KATX beats me. They now have less assets and a lower share price. HOW CAN THAT BE GOOD ??????????????????????????????????????????????????????
