I think they would use the news of co-creating a power plant with Tibbar as an opportunity to invest say $16 million dollars in Tibbar and thus making them a subsid of VSPC it can be called VPP (Viaspace Power Plant)and they could pay half up front and owe the rest. This might actually put $12 million of goodwill on their books thus qualifying them for the Deloitte list AGAIN! and give them a stock valuation of $3.00 making any move to NASDAQ so so easy.

Sound like a plan, I thought of it myself...LOL
