this indicates that Google is trying to drag this on... just like everyone predicted, and Vringo was fine with it.... now of course, the pumpers will spin this and start saying there may be settlement discussions... but we all know that wont happen. This will drag on and VRNG investors will get more and more impatient and u will see this in the 2.50's...
