not sure about the other investors in this stock, but I read filings the day they come out.

why do u think the stock was at .003 and .002, cause of the financing.

Again, this is all 'old' news. Unfortunate for you that you just 'found out' about the filings and decided to read them now, however the current price is the current price for a reason, based on current news, expectations, and investors ability to hold shares vs trade shares.

You made money, you should be happy. However, as you walk away from this trade, and pull it up in 1 month, 6 months, 2 years, you will have learned a powerful lesson, and your commentary that it was 'overpriced' then, and is now 'more overpriced' will remain flawed.

I wish you luck, however, spending time reading filings is always time well spent, as they are released.
