DE most likely they would have but IMO I look at that as Bruce P time and anything during his time is just not relevent....again IMO. Much the same way I view it presently as with Mike L and his time. With ML things were looking great and a little to great IMO.....the marginal slow down in forward progress to me actually puts me a little at ease with my believability with what is going on at present.

So yes with audits and their last day of posting them that would indeed put Q4 at 31 March correct? and if that is the case then the application to uplist would not even be accepted until them as I understand it? Or can the financials be audited behind the scenes and that is all taken care of when they do post Q4 financials anyone know?
