Isn't DHS spending 89 million for testing BIOWatch-Gen3, during the next 2 to 3 years, before they decide if they're going to spend anymore money on further development of the program..
Isn't 89 million, approximately, the amount of debt that PSID currently owes..
Even if Boeing pays PSID 2.5 million for the BIOWatch-Gen3, M-Band, license..
Then, if Boeing receives part of the 89 million dollar DHS Bidding Contract, from DHS, for testing PSID's BIOWatch-Gen3, M-Band, during the next 2 to 3 years..
Of the amount of money Boeing will receive from DHS, on the Bidding Contract, will PSID actually get, in return, I wonder..

Boeing knows how to get government contracts. Boeing's endorsement of PSID's technology will be noticed and international buyers will show up! Boeing makes this 2 cent stock a no brainer.
