Why would it be crap? I tseems like someone put the wrong name, and the new comapny is Oceanic research and Salvage, not Oceanice Research and recovery. So there is a new player on the block, just formed, with different people.

What legal recourse? that someone new wants to enter in this business? No one new is allowed? Or the ocean is off limits to new people? Seriously, I don't know why you ask about legal recourse. On what grounds??
