I just emailed Jack about the 504 private placement and he got back to me. He said that there is no need to think they need to dilute in an amount equal to anywhere near 950000 dollars. This is normal operations of a growing business and any selling is to support operations in between obtaining contracts which will probably be worth a lot more. Merry Christmas
