****W2 ENERGY (WTWO) CREATE'S SOLAR BUG.. W2 Energy, Inc. today announced that it is working on a commercial redesign of the company's Solar Bug, a two-seat, side-by-side design vehicle with cargo space.

According to Michael McLaren, chief executive officer of W2 Energy, the company plans to release the Solar Bug by the third quarter of 2012.

W2 Energy has been working in the background, bringing the core technology up to a commercial level. W2 Energy has invested in the technology in order to integrate the company's state of the art rotary engine and on-board plasma system.
The new design will incorporate our multi-fuel rotary engine, a mobile non-thermal (NT) plasmatron that converts various feedstocks, such as vegetable oil, biodiesel or other liquid fuels, to synthetic gas (syngas), which will run the rotary engine and charge the battery system. This technology will extend the range of the vehicle. In addition, the Solar Bug will incorporate two 300-watt solar panels and a state-of-the-art energy storage system.
