Yep, the Q3 and atty letter certainly solidified any that might be wavering in their resolve regarding KMAG returning to normal trading.....however, I might also add this quote from the Q3 as well because it is very important:

No further action has been taken and KMAG plans on engaging a market maker to file a Form 15c-211 in order to reinstate the Company's prior trading status

Those of us that have watched the way JR operates have found out that not only is his word gold, but also, for him to so explicitly state this so publicly means that most likely we will see this happening very quickly (or, at least, he's been given the verbal ok awaiting official paperwork)....that's , of course, IMO
