Thanks Ron. It my opinion, and that of many astute (not applying that Adjective to myself) individuals on this board who have considered this closely, that authorizing that block of shares as they prepare the company to move forward is both logical and measured.

There is no reason for them to dilute at this point, and if you look at their SEC filings you will see they have not. Those shares will likely be portioned out slowly and judiciously over many years, to avoid an overly diluting effect.

We see many avenues and forms in which financing may be garnered; simply releasing more shares out onto the market at this low of a PPS makes absolutely no sense. I have Invested a large amount of money into this companies stock, and feel more confident today than any other time, that it was an excellent decision.
