NEO, he also receives for his 100 mil shares the biggest piece of new company..i have seen this 2 many times with penny stocks.
I was long & loved the whole company. Don't like what their doing
whoever is holding will be getting crumbs of the new company while MWIP crashes or they dilute it or do a reverse split.
I have been doing this since 1967. I am not bashing MWIP...I just don't like what their doing without shareholder OK.
I never got a proxy 2 vote on it...did u. I was holding MWIP for quite awhile. Let me know if u voted for this.
