Drive did you read my post 49052? The bottom is te only thing I could hypothesize; that they have an ace hidden. It's that they will finally get out of that situation of being hostage to the current manufacturer if they don't provide better rates...and they are only going for the offering just in case they can get more than they need at an extemely good price.
