I concur that BFAR is not a scam has never been accused of fraud. As far as an impostor, that remains to be seen, but I doubt that also. I think BFAR is taking this step by step. Personally if I ran the company, I would rather want to be relisted on the OTCBB next year as opposed to this year thereby diverting any 10-Q costly fees for this year. In other words, file em all simultaneously.
