The IDCO new release basically means this to me. To the existing 52,000,000 shares about 8,000,000 more shares and warrants will be exercised at .60 and about 3.2 million additional warrant shares up to five years out at .98+. My hunch on this is that stock price will likely gravitate down to at least the mid .60's range.
