Outstanding shares as posted on the OTC website are 525,000,000 as of Jun 30th. No 200 mil added, nice try though. No dilution. They did add 21 mil to the OS shares though, far from dilution.

I also asked Fred and he said there is no change in the SS..


Also asked the TA and got this back..I will ask Fred to release the rest of the info. so I can get it in writing. Its obvious the SS is current and the float is low just by the way the PPS moves on low volume. If this had 20 mil volume it would shoot through the roof..
