Folks forgive me . . . I was double clicking on post (slow learner :(
Another thing I foresee for Solarcity is that Musk has brains to branch out into urban/rural Vertical Farming (e.g. attaching automated greenhouse to urban houses, earth tube heating/cooling stabilzation, and passive solar exposure with insulation R/C).
He has ability to integate businesses asymetrically and make one feed the other, and thus, developing additive multiplier capital useage. He is right stuff for armchair investors like BAC to attach to for long-term profits.
Banks have been unable to adjust themselves in how to invest 'to big to fail' stimulus bucks from FED.
Imagine if Mr. Eldon gets Telsa and EVs users to realize the savings they can derive from extra solarcells on their garage. There is often also complains via greenies that e.g., Telsa car does not have solarcells built into its body, to help extend cruisng range. This might be a way to extend EV range and provide backup to distance between EV trip rechargers?
I wonder if Telsa should have made neat 2 seater for local EV use in under $17K price range, after the Sports Car EV model caught on?
