I am certainly not attempting to minimize the importance for AAPT to begin placement of its pet food products in retail stores, but we should not under-estimate the potential of the internet as a means to complement sales, and provide virtually free (domestic and international) advertising for AAPT. Many of the largest pet food manufacturers’ products that we find in stores, are also being sold on sites like Amazon, as well as on-line company stores, such as http://www.purinastore.com/ .

Also, for example, AAPT’s advertised wholesale pricing to retail stores for NutraBars is $ .645/each, yet they have begun selling them this month through the Company’s own on-line store at $ 17.88/dozen, or $ 1.49 each, resulting in a significantly higher profit margin for this effort.
