Yep, I am aware of that. A few months back I contacted Poertner about this and he actually placed some blame on ameritrade. He was making excuses and saying it's on their end and he also stated they were working on clearing it all up. That was all I needed to hear from this guy. He doesn't like accountability. The response sounded like a standard penny stock line.

He was placing blame on one of the largest brokerages houses in the world. While td isn't the most penny friendly, mwwc was fine until the company's decisions no longer made them a viable vehicle for ameritrade. Sounds like it's on MWW's end. Pathetic response by IR.
