Im not saying your overall dilution figures are too far off, and thats not really an issue as we both agree that convertible debt is and has been funding the company in the present.



Dilution is the issue and the topic of our conversation. In earlier posts you stated that the most recent YOY dilution figures were at 27%. By my calculations it is at 4%. Mmmmm, that's a pretty stark difference and I just want to clarify the discrepancy.

By no means am I an expert, but I like to see accurate statements made and if not accurate then we should follow up and correct. That way everyone has access to the best info.
