Hey Blue...the NAK deal had a 45 day window once the loan was called---we met that by negotiating the claims transfer---it is clouded now by the Mr Bigs encumbrance but IMO that window no longer applies---the Mr Bigs SNAFU has 6 months on his end to enforce in court if not settled by then...

just think how much we would have owed Mr Bigs if we drilled more than one hole LOL

re: the split...the SS is certainly a mess but the mineral value will soothe that if we ever get to that point...JB is loathe to R/S again as he did it in '09, but I'm sure he will do what he has to to save "his" company...also, any JV partner might have a say in this matter if its an equity type deal-they won't give two shits about common sub-penny holders---in other words, I have no idea...
