They did the same type of PR for telecommunication spinnoff in November and the stock shrugged because it was to vague. Two named and two more to go, at this rate you wont see shares for this until march. This PR needed time frames or status of regulatory review for the new companies.

The long or short of it, this stock needed a rock solid PR and this wasn't it. Allot of buying of this stock between 4-6 cents was done and with tax year ending its going to have a big hurdle to overcome for this deciding what to do on holding or staying long.
