The problem with that theory
Is the CTLM has been sold and is available worldwide for over a decade. Most machines fall into disuse or are returned. Never are there subsequent customers within a country.
If the device had any usefullness, it would be used. It would be sold.
The machine is not unknown. They've had no less than 40 distributors over the years. That's a multiple of the amount of machines actually sold. IMDS had $$ at one time. They were not always broke, they were well funded. $100 million spent over the years. IMDS has gone to RSNA every year for 15 or so years, the US's premier radiological convention. Arab Health for a decade. EuroMedical. Australia. Asia.
As I mentioned before, the foremost college of Laser's is BecKman Laser insititute of UC Irvine. IMDS has drawn people from them, they have IMDS employees working for them. Not a peep about IMDS there.
The machine is a great theory, but it does not work reliably in practice.

#3). You tell yourself you're smart. You won't lose your money. Fact: Other people are smarter,
