Contact the DTCC. Get some information. I can assure you they do not like constant capital re-structuring over and over again. If they are pressed enough they will cease trading on this issue. That is why mgt does not have absolute control.

Rainer, I hope you are aware of this very strong possibility. Global lock would result in no funds, none.
