So the land escrow should be coming about soon and that will be a positive step but after that there does not appear to be many significant points on the calendar until we hit the permitting and equipment ordering in June. Does not appear that there will be much to push the pps until then? Have you heard anything different Doc? Hopefully this is going to start attracting the attention of some new investors at some point once we are off the pinks.
