no, i would say you have a company with great technology and costco selling a pendant.

if he needs capital, he sells some shares. no big deal, its not a billion or two, its under 800 million.

this is what small cap companys do, is the nature of the beast.

i do not know the man, but he apparently is building a company that costco thinks highly of.

he landed the pendant, hes running a publicly traded company, hes doing something right.
