I'll take a different perspective than you and say that it takes far,far more than the science/product and that means, and history has repeatedly shown, a company's going nowhere without competent/qualified management and actc clearly has not and does not now have it.
Rabin has his experience, but imo, he appears to have manipulated his way into power, after being one one of the individuals along with Caldwell who get us into this huge legal mess to begin with, and HIS experience is not what a developing r and d biotech needs. In the process, he has become a rich man, along with many on the board and probably all at the expense of the company maturing in this minefield of corporate greed, which is clearly on display here, imo.
There's always a time to compensate the company builders. If ACTC truly has a game changing product, qualified management will come to your door.
