You do understand that all shares are not held by individuals don't you??? This stock has MMers who have to creat a market so they are tasked with moving the PPS to a level where trades occur!! This is why many people tell you to put your asks at a half penny, so that your shares can not be borrowed to manipulate the stock!!! There is nothing sinister about MMers, they are just doing their job, and if volume will trade at a lowere level it is going down to meet demend, or vise versa!! Generally speaking this stock has about 3 days worth a ADV held by MMers, so any volume spike causes a runaway like we had a few weeks ago!!
