Glad you guys are both here because of the TA, but there is more here than just Technical Analysis to consider. Some people have taken positions in this thing because it is currently trading about 1/2 Book, if you assume that the $1.5MM in debt is now gone because of the the Terra sale. That being said the CEO has never proven himself to do anything but overpay for companies that do not generate revenue, with the exception of the one asset we have left. If the management of this company do the right thing from his point on, this could be a great pick for 2013 and could easily be a 10 to 50 bagger without one bit of promotion. That being said they have a terrible track record of destroying shareholder value, but as tere is basically nothing left but a self supporting asset that I belive is worth 5 times the current mcap, it is worth a shot at this one.

Please understand that the TA is gret, but an announcement that elimintes further diluting would be HUGE, and then the TA and everything else would go out the wind as the PPS would go back to more normalized levels!!
