I highly doubt Biomed Reports has any paid subscribers (if it ever did) after the performance of some the penny stock scams it recommended recently.

I suspect their real revenue comes from paid puff pieces - many penny stock promoters lie about being compensated, and BMR are by no means the first.

An endorsement from BMR is like having Charlie Sheen as your sponsor for AA.
