I agree that insiders will want to see a rise in PPS before the do any strategic move like going private. They have been working too long to not see sales and profits, before taking it to big board, sell the company, or going private. I think they do best by going to the big board. They are waiting on certs like we are, then sales will come, IMO. Some nice buys today, looking for more powder myself.
