They weren't really required at all to give a heads up on when they'll make these filings. To me that's a gift and a signal to adjust your positions as you see fit. Because, IMO, getting to OTC current is going to bring new eyes and lots of new coin. The climb will be steep and fast, due to the thinning above that's taken place since the RS/RM.
Could all happen in a day, right up to market parity, like Black8 has been saying.
