Understand and the information you posted states an inspection was done on Nov 5th. It goes on to say that Scott Ackert had been retained by PCFG. Is the inspector implying that was at the date of their inspection or is that the current status on Scott Ackert?

So far all information I have pulled on Scott Ackert shows he was the interum manager at BRCM. But PCFG had a PR stating they had mutually agreed with the plant manager to part ways and that was after the report. Pam is the office manager by the inspector account. So that still leavea the question on who is running the Plant at this point?

Emails to PCFG are going unanswered and that is frustrating as the more they don't respond makes you wonder what they are hiding.
