I may have missed something like that, it's never happened before. How common is this sort of thing?

without receiving the fill report from the market. While automation has made the
process of executing and receiving a report of an execution faster, the Execution
Agents have up to 3 days to report a fill on a trade. Your order was never
reflected as "Canceled", which means you were not out on the order.

How can I trade an account that waits 50 minutes to show a fill?

Don't give me a form mail about my cache because the other trade showed up
immediately, as they usually do.

IT IS A SOFTWARE PROBLEM ON YOUR PART and I should not be penalized for
the extra trade.
