According to sources, House and Senate conferees have finished work on their conference report on the National Defense Authorization Act. Sources indicate that House language prohibiting DOD spending on biofuels has been removed and replaced with a requirement that DOD funding be matched by DOE and USDA. USDA has already committed its full share of DPA funding. DOE funding is contingent on appropriations.
