What he told me was that it was shareholders of prior mgmt that were selling upwards of 20 million shares. There is no dilution. Read the 10q that was just issued. This company has a market cap of less than $500,000. Basically the price of a shell. Tax loss selling will likely dominate the rest of the month. Maybe 2013 will be our year
