I couldn't explain it in terms that would be clear enough for me to understand easily, let alone expect anyone else to. ( :

Let's just say that it'll continue trading on the NASDAQ with the symbol REED. And not on the NYSE with a 3 digit symbol.

It will also be available for trading on the NYSE/Euronext platform, or possibly ARCA.

I gather there's a liquidity advantage but not sure if there's anything more to it than that.

Maybe someone here knows more about this than I do. In fact, I'm sure there is. ( :
