Listing is an issue, regardless of how it is solved. But if it is a R/S, it is actually a myth that these are bad.

Why? Because they are often done for the wrong reasons by failing companies trying desperately to survive and issue shares to pay salaries.

If HDY does a R/S, it will be for the right reason, by a company with plenty of cash, a vastly improved outlook, and at the beginning of what will be a very quick exploration phase run-up.

Often the wait is several years for a ultra-deepwater well. Just over one year is a very short time, and there will be additional catalysts as the targets are defined.

If it occurs, then the effect will likely be short-term, and have to compete with the Tullow effect.
