I pretty much agree, but they could hold the price up enough to satisfy the amount of dumpage that was happening. there is still a fairly massive overhang of shares that they cannot move without crashing this thing below a penny. This does not have to be naked shorted. Shares dropping out of the sky are being sold by those who deal in 504 paper. Celtics does not seem to have a clue about that, or even what it is, or how it works.
