I don't think the 10-K will move PPS past .30 and here is my rational for it..
from Dr's speech at the recent conference I gather that they will be posting another loss in the 4Q, moreover if the 4Q results were that thermonuclear to move PPS past .30 then I think company would have waited to get the results out ASAP before signing any financial deals (Crede at .186), also after PPS has been appreciated 400% since last Q I don't see how another Q with posted loss can push PPS much higher..keep in mind that while top line is growing their expenses are growing as well, profits is what matters, my prediction is that 10-K will not move PPS much in the best case scenario or PPS may in fact drop if their loss is bigger than during last Q...of course I may look like fool next week when 10-K indeed sends PPS flying...will see
